I always stay at this townhouse for my city break. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, laundry, mini golf, billiard tables, cots. Plus, the staff offered me a cold drink on my first stay, which I really appreciated. No regrets!

the host was very accommodating, allowing us to change our dates without extra cost and even letting us leave our bags after checkout. the location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. the house itself was beautiful, with a charming Georgian charm and spacious, well, furnished rooms. It was a lovely touch to find a Christmas tree with lights on when we arrived. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. A truly exceptional home away from home. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 👍.

The location of the property was fantastic, with breathtaking views and only steps away from major attractions such as the Roman Baths. The house itself had a unique and spacious layout, perfect for a group looking for a home away from home. Additionally, the host, Paul, was extremely kind, generous, and responsive.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. The cleanliness of the property was subpar, with grubby and tired-looking areas, torn blinds and curtains, and dirty cutlery and pans.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully located townhouse. The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to change our dates and leaving our bags after checkout. The house was clean and the coffee provided was a fantastic bonus. The layout of the house was unique and perfect for our group, with breathtaking views and just steps away from the Roman Baths. The host, Paul, was kind, generous, and always responsive. Easy key pickup and great amenities made our stay even better.

Fantastic Location - We were able to walk to all the major attractions in the city. The house itself was stunning, with beautiful Georgian charm and spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a nice surprise to find a Christmas tree with lights on when we arrived back in the evening.

We found dirtiness and grubbiness throughout, and had to buy throws to sit on the sofa. The cutlery and pans were dirty, so we decided not to cook at the property.

We loved the central location, just a 2-minute walk to the Roman baths and Bath Abbey. The house itself was beautiful, full of Georgian charm and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Having coffee available in the house was a huge plus for us!
